If there's one thing we're very proud of, it's our first courses. Here you can enjoy the best risottos in Franciacorta and our homemade pasta.

Our risottos are now very famous, thanks to the event that we have been hosting every year from 2011 in cooperation with the Fratelli Berlucchi Farm: during this event we offer a food tasting of at least 12 different risottos, accompanied by different wines from the farm's cellar.

The traditional casoncelli alla bresciana stuffed with meat, and cappellacci stuffed with pumpkin are always very appreciated. Handmade Spinach gnocchi are also a go-to choice.

We also have seasonal specialties that we serve every autumn from October, such as Reginette al Salmì di Lepre and Pomegranate Risotto.
