Local cold cuts and cheeses
On our menu you can find snails with bacon, which are a real delicacy, and our famous polentine, served with taleggio and porcini mushrooms or with lard and gorgonzola.
We also serve delicious cold cuts of the highest quality. Along with the local salami from Montisola, the protagonist is the lard of the Patanegra Iberian pork, served with homemade croutons, local honey and walnuts.
In the warmer months, we offer some fish specialities, such as marinated salmon and shrimp cocktails with pineapple, kiwi and strawberries.
The Italian cheeses are very appreciated by our customers. They can be served cold with some jam on the classic wooden chopping board, or served hot on our special blackstone.
