Meat is the reason why we are best known. We serve all types and cuts of meat on our special blackstone.
Every dish can be tasted plain or with a combination of sides proposed by our Chef: the most popular are brie and stewed onion, scamorza and truffle cream, porcini mushrooms and Bagoss (type of seasoned Italian cheese).
An uncommon specialty is the Pata negra Iberian pork meat.
Of course, you can also taste the traditional dishes of our area: Manzo di Rovato all’olio, lo Stracotto d’Asino e i Bocconcini di Cervo al Ginepro (served with the characteristic polenta), prepared according to ancient recipes jealously guarded and handed down from generation to generation
Another historical dish of our restaurant is “Orecchia di Elefante”, a huge Milanese cutlet, loved by both adults and children!
